How It Works
First time? You're just a minute away from using it.
Select your device to get started.
Make sure your device is compatible.
Proceed with the purchase based on your destination.
Prepare the QR code sent to your email.
Scan the QR code from your email.
Tap "Add" once the addition is complete.
Tap the activation button to enable the added eSIM.
Select the newly added eSIM for Mobile Data.
The displayed eSIM name may vary depending on your device (e.g., CM Link, eSIM2, etc.).
Settings -> Connections -> Mobile Networks -> Data Roaming must be enabled to use the eSIM.
- •Wi-Fi required:
Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi.
- •Use your own phone:
Installation must be done on the phone you plan to use.
- •Please install and use your eSIM within 180 days of purchase.
For the countries below, install your eSIM only after arriving:
Taiwan
Hong Kong
